Dr. Grigera Naón will moderate the panel which will include Professor Perry Wallace, Professor of Law at Washington College of Law; Jennifer Toole, Attorney-Advisor at the State Department; and Gonzalo Flores, Senior Counsel, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), The World Bank Group.
