Pellegrini Scholarship: Approximately 55 awards annually ranging from $500 to $4,000. Applicants must be permanently domiciled in NY, NJ, CT, PA or DE and possess a 3.0 or higher GPA.
Sonia Streuli Maguire Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award: There are 1 to 2 awards annually ranging from $4,000 to $6,000. Applicants must be permanently domiciled in NY, NJ, CT, PA or DE and possess a 3.8 or higher GPA.

Medicus Student Exchange: For studies in Switzerland, there are 1 to 4 awards annually ranging from $4,000 to $8,500. Applicants must also be permanently domiciled in the United States and possess a 3.5 or higher GPA. For studies in the U.S., there are 1 to 4 awards annually ranging from $4,000 to $8,500. Applicants must submit proof of acceptance by an American University, fluency in the language of instruction and evidence of other funding. Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans
These fellowships are awarded for up to two years of graduate study in the United States. A New American is an individual who holds a green card or has been naturalized as a U.S. citizen or is the child of two parents who are both naturalized citizens. To be eligible a student must not be older than 30 as of November 1, 2005. A successful candidate will give evidence of at least two of the following three attributes: 1) creativity, originality and initiative demonstrated in any area of his/her life; 2) a commitment to and capacity for accomplishment, demonstrated through activity that has required drive and sustained effort; and
3) a commitment to the values expressed in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
