Mission
Our mission: To protect the lives and advance the interests of animals through the legal system. We are interested in the many ways that animals are involved in and affected by the legal system. Animal law overlaps with areas of criminal law, family law, environmental law, and many other areas.
Our goals: To promote awareness about dvelopments in animal law in the WCL community. To establish an animal law class at WCL, as 69 other United States law schools have. To encourage a vegetarian and vegan friendly community at WCL.
