Please find below everything you will need to know about EMININT. Not everything will apply to everyone, but everything is here, so please read carefully.

Keynote Banquet:
If you have not registered for the Keynote Banquet because the speaker was not confirmed, we would like to invite you to register now while seats are available. Former Governor James S. Gilmore has confirmed that he will speak. We are extremely honored that he has accepted our invitation, and we would like to give those people who have already registered a second chance to share this dinner before the seating capacity is reached. More information on Gov. Gilmore can be found at http://www.kelleydrye.com/attorneys/atty_data/04586. If you wish to add the Keynote Banquet to your registration, please email us ASAP and we will make the necessary changes.

Hotel:
Out-of-town attendees are encouraged to stay at the Holiday Inn Georgetown. Their contact information is:

Holiday Inn Georgetown
2101 Wisconsin Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20007
202-338-4600
http://www.higeorgetown.com/

When making a reservation, mention that you want the American University rate. That will be $149/night plus 14.5% tax. There will be a shuttle to take conference members between the hotel and the school in the mornings and evenings. Please let us know by email if you plan to stay at the hotel so we can account for space in the shuttle.

Location:
All events will take place at the American University Washington College of Law, located at 4801 Massachusetts Avenue, NW. All panels will take place in Room 603. Directions can be found at http://wcl.american.edu/direction/.

Parking:
Parking around the Washington College of Law is strictly patrolled and is limited to two-hour parking. We therefore suggest that attendees park in our underground parking garage for $2/hour or $8/day.

Special Needs:
Any person with disabilities attending the conference who believes he or she might need a reasonable accommodation to participate should contact us at least two weeks in advance at: (202) 274-4075 or via e-mail at secle@wcl.american.edu.

If there are any other issues about which you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask. On behalf of American University, we thank you for your participation in the First Annual EMININT Symposium, and we look forward to seeing you in a week.
