Robert Vaughn, Esq., is a Professor of Law at the Washington College of Law, focusing in public employment law, public information law, and torts. Vaughn has written over two dozen articles on whistleblower protection and federal information policy. At WCL he has won a number of scholarship and teaching awards. Vaughn has testified a number of times before committees of Congress on whistleblower legislation. He earned his B.A. at the University of Oklahoma, his J.D. at the University of Oklahoma Law School, and his LL.M. at Harvard University.
