Eugene R. Fidell heads the Military Practice Group of Feldesman Tucker Leifer
Fidell LLP. He is also president of the National Institute of Military Justice
and a member of the ABA’s Task Force on Treatment of Enemy Combatants and
the Standing Committee on Law and National Security. He represents personnel in
each of the armed forces as well as the Public Health Service in all types of
personnel actions and related litigation in the federal courts. Fidell has written
extensively on military law (including the Guide to the Rules of Practice and
Procedure for the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces), and has
taught the subject at Harvard and Yale Law Schools. He graduated from Queens College
and Harvard Law School.
