Dr. Saad Abudayeh joined the faculty of Jordan University in Amman, Jordan as
a professor of political science in 1996 after teaching at the Yarmouk University
for 13 years. Abudayeh joined the Foreign Office and was assigned as consul in
Egypt for five years, where he worked in the Protocol Department and Minister's
office. Currently a visiting professor at the Applied Science UN, Abudayeh has
worked at several universities as a visiting professor or researcher, including
Nagoya UN in Japan and The Middle East Centre in Oxford UK. The author of 28 books
and 32 papers about Jordanian and Arab issues, Abudayeh earned degrees from three
universities: Jordan University, Penn State University, and Cairo University,
and currently writes a weekly full page in the Jordanian paper Alrai.
