Fall Qualifying Tournament
The Fall Qualifying Tournament took place on August 25, 2012 in the Stephen S. Weinstein Moot Court Room. It was a great success!
Each competitor had a total of thirty (30) minutes to put on a case. Competitors had the discretion to divide their time in any way, however, may not exceed thirty (30) minutes.Using the case file, competitors prepared an opening statement, direct examination, cross-examination, and closing argument.
All Transfer students are encouraged to participate in the Spring Qualifying Tournament next semester (regardless of participation in the Fall Qualifying Tournament). Please e-mail MTHS with any questions..
Participation in a qualifying tournament is the only way to join the Mock Trial Honor Society.
A representative from MTHS will be available at the Mock Trial Honor Society Office rm537 to answer any questions about the SQT or the Mock Trial Honor Society.
