Fall Qualifying Tournament
This year's Fall Qualifying Tournament will take place on August 27, 2011 in the Stephen S. Weinstein Moot Court Room. All transfer students are invited to participate in in the Fall Qualifying Tournament. Each competitor will be given a case file prior to the tournament and based on the file, must prepare an opening statement, direct examination, cross-examination and closing argument for both parties to the case.
Transfer students who would like to participate in the Fall Qualifying Tournament should e-mail mocktrialhonorsociety@gmail.com to sign up. Participation in a qualifying tournament is the only way to join the Mock Trial Honor Society.
A representative from the Mock Trial Honor Society will be available at the Transfer Orientation on August 18, at 6:00 pm to answer any questions about the FQT or the Mock Trial Honor Society.
