2012 Application
All applications and fees must be received by October 30, 2011
The application fee is $400 payable by VISA or MasterCard online.
Your application will be complete ONLY when ALL application materials are received.
Your online form and credit card payment must be received by October 30, 2011. We will notify you via email when your application is complete.
All teams will be notified whether or not they are accepted via email on November 23, 2011.
Each applying school can submit a maximum of two applications for a maximum of two teams for entry.
Schools submitting more than 1 application will only pay 1 application fee at the time of submission.
If both teams are accepted, the second admission fee will be due within 30 days of notification of admission.
