Court Visits

FLA will be visiting courthouses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia to provide its members the opportunity to see the different dynamics that go into play in three jurisdictions. One of the main goals of these visits is to appreciate how litigators vary in their approaches in opening statements, examinations, objections, and closing arguments.
