The Student Health Law and Justice Society held a seminar August 28 covering the U.S. Supreme Court's Affordable Care Act decision. The panel featured alumnus and SCOTUSblog co-founder and publisher Tom Goldstein '95, and faculty experts Benjamin Leff, Stephen Vladeck, Stephen Wermiel, and Lindsay Wiley

"My overall opinion is that it's too soon to tell," said Professor Wermiel of the constitutional issues following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in June. "There are dramatic aspects of the decision in the health care case, but I don't really think we know what the ramifications are going to be yet."
