About the Program
The International Business Law Program is designed for attorneys, economists, business administrators, managers of multinationals, financial managers, international business professionals, representatives of international institutions, persons acting as legal advisors to government agencies, financial entities or multinationals regarding foreign trade and international affairs. It is intended to provide participants with a firm understanding of the legal, policy, and institutional issues that arise in international business transactions, particularly those transactions that involve doing business in the United States or with U.S. enterprises. The Program faculty's innovative teaching methodology, which mixes lectures with interactive class exercises and case studies, will give participants practical knowledge and experience that can easily be applied on the job. The Program, which is held over four consecutive Fridays and Saturdays, is designed to be compatible with the busy schedules of practicing lawyers.
