Non-Refundable Application Fee for All Participants Going to Geneva: $100
The Application Fee is not part of tuition but is a separate administrative fee.
Due at time of application (applications are accepted on a rolling basis - please note that programs often fill up before their deadlines).
WCL students who are only taking courses in Washington will register for courses through the regular summer session registration process at my.american.edu when registration opens in April (no application fee).
Non-WCL participants who are only taking courses in Washington pay an application fee of $65.
Non-Refundable Seat Deposit for All Participants Going to Geneva: $500
Due three (3) weeks after you have been notified that your application was received.
The Seat Deposit is the first $500 of the total fees due for the program. Its purpose is to cover the deposits for accommodations in Geneva.
Additional program costs for which students are responsible include airfare, food, any visa charges, and personal expenses.
