    Richard Verma '93 has been confirmed as U.S. Ambassador to India. Verma has more than two decades of international and senior-level U.S. government experience and served in the Obama Administration as the Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative Affairs. Verma is the first Indian-American Ambassador to hold the post.
