IHL Writing Competition applications received!
The Center and the American Society of International Law’s Lieber Society are pleased to announce that the 2013 International Humanitarian Law Student Writing Competition received over forty submissions this year. With applicants from eleven countries, the competition greatly reflects the growing interest of students in learning about International Humanitarian Law.
Winners will be announced in early March.
