| Action for Human Rights held a bake sale to raise funds for the Alternative Winter Break trip to New Orleans, LA. Students arrived in New Orleans on either Wed., Dec. 27, 2007 or Tues., Jan. 2, 2007and the trip ended Sun., Jan. 7th. AHR partnered with the Student Hurricane Network (SHN) to provide students with week-long volunteer legal positions. There were aso opportunities to participate in physical rebuilding work as well. |
