The WCL Equal Justice Foundation will hold its annual auction at WCL on February 11, 1999, in the dining room on the sixth floor. Founders' Celebration Events
WCL's annual tribute to its founders, Emma Gillett and Ellen Spencer Mussey,
will take place between March 20 and April 16, 1999, and will feature a wide
variety of conferences and seminars. Some events that address current topics
in human rights law are described in the list below. Several of these conferences
are still in the early planning stages, but updates are available on the Internet
