Mr. Warner is an Associate Director in the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Office of International Affairs. He has served the Justice Department in multiple capacities, including as the Department’s Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. In 2011, Mr. Warner became the Department's first attorney to attend the National War College. He holds a joint degree in law and international affairs (JD/MA) from the American University, a BA in International Studies from the Ohio State University, and a Diploma in Hispanic Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. Mr. Warner also studied at the Hague Academy of International Law. Numerous law enforcement agencies have recognized Mr. Warner for his efforts to advance cooperation to combat transnational crime. Mr. Warner has published articles on law enforcement cooperation, and he has presented at multiple national and international fora to address international law enforcement issues.
