Ari Waldman After graduating magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in history and economics in 2002 and from Harvard Law School in 2005, Prof. Waldman joined the New York bar and served as a litigation associate in the firm of Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Manhattan. For two years, he represented a major record label, start-ups, indigent criminal defendants, and large real estate concerns. He recently joined the chambers of the Honorable Judge Scott W. Stucky, United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Services, as Judge Stucky's judicial clerk. Besides his interest in writing and oral advocacy, his academic pursuits center on criminal law and criminal procedure, military law, the federal courts, and constitutional law.
