Andrew Strelka is a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Department of Justice where he represents the United States in a broad spectrum of tax litigation in federal courts in the eastern region of the United States. Previously, Andrew was a Presidential Management Fellow where he worked for the Internal Revenue Service’s Exempt Organizations Division, as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Andrew is a WCL alum and recipient of American University’s Award for Outstanding Scholarship at the Graduate Level.
