Adjunct Instructor Jordan Strauss is a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice. At the Justice Department, Mr. Strauss works in the Civil Frauds section of the Civil Division, which investigates and litigates claims against individuals and corporations who have defrauded the Government through federal contracts. Prior to joining the Justice Department, Mr. Strauss clerked for the Honorable Clarence C. Newcomer, a federal district court judge in Philadelphia. A Philadelphia native, Mr. Strauss attended Hampshire College and received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University, where he was a member of the law review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
