Adjunct Professor Randall Quinn is an Assistant General Counsel for appellate litigation at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has argued more than 25 cases in the federal courts of appeals, and has published a number of articles on securities law topics. Professor Quinn has been teaching Securities Regulation at WCL since 1999. He received a B.A. from the University of Maryland, and an M.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia.
