Mr. Pavsner, a shareholder in the Litigation Group of Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A., has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, including the prosecution on behalf of victims of product liability cases, medical, legal, accounting and other professional negligence cases, class action litigation, business disputes and other complex civil litigation.
Mr. Pavsner is a 1972 cum laude graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, and a 1975 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at American University Washington College of Law, where he teaches courses in advocacy in the high-tech courtroom and medical liability and public policy.
