Melissa Nichols



Adjunct Instructor Melissa Nichols is an attorney in the Alexandria office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease, LLP, where her practice involves a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, as well as government contract litigation and advice. Prior to joining Vorys, Ms. Nichols was an associate at Howrey, LLP and was a law clerk for The Honorable Joseph Robert Goodwin, United States District Judge for the Southern District of West Virginia. She is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. While attending law school at Washington and Lee University, Ms. Nichols was an editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review.
