Adjunct Instructor Charles Martel practiced employment and civil rights law for fifteen years with private law firms where his work included litigation and counseling. He serves as a consultant to municipalities on questions ranging from governmental ethics to systems management. Mr. Martel graduated with distinction from the London School of Economics with an LLM degree in International Human Rights Law in 2005. He received his law degree from the Washington & Lee University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
