Nancy M. Lawrence has practiced family- and employment-based immigration law since her graduation from GW Law School in 1978. Her clients include corporations of various sizes, as well as individuals. Ms. Lawrence’s current office is in Reston, Virginia, where she is of-counsel to the law firm of Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, PC. Ms. Lawrence has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1979, serving as the Chair of the AILA Washington, DC Chapter from 1987 to 1988.
Since 2001, Ms. Lawrence has been a Fall Semester Adjunct Professor at WCL, teaching a course entitled Immigration Issues: Employment and Family. She has been teaching the same course at GW Law School since 1998. Ms. Lawrence has been selected for inclusion in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the category of Immigration Law every year (including 2013) since 2008, and she was selected to the Washingtonian’s “Top 800 Lawyers in Washington” list in 2009.
