Second Assignment

In connection with our ongoing class discussion of the problem involving the music of the Deks, you might want to glance at a list of the current members of the Berne Union.

When we finish that discussion, we'll try to develop a typology of the features of national copyright laws. In effect, we'll be trying to articulate a series of categories into which we can sort information about the features of particular national laws so as to be able to make use comparisons between them. Please give some thought to what those categories might be, and be prepared to propose and defend your ideas in class.
