Amy Myers is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at American University Washington College of Law. She teaches the Women and the Law Clinic, and previously taught the Domestic Violence Clinic and International Human Rights Clinic. Outside of the clinical program, she teaches courses on family law, human rights law, and domestic violence law. Prior to joining WCL, she was a supervising attorney at Women Empowered Against Violence (WEAVE) in Washington, DC, where she represented survivors of domestic violence in family law and immigration cases. She began at WEAVE as a Skadden Fellow, focusing on the intersection of domestic violence and child abuse.
