Allen Feldman

Adjunct Professor of Law

Allen Feldman was Associate Solicitor of Labor at the Department of Labor (DOL), where he specialized in Supreme Court and appellate litigation. At DOL, he specialized in the areas of ERISA, occupational and mine safety and health, fair labor standards and workers' compensation issues. Before working at DOL, he was an appellate attorney at the National Labor Relations Board. At the Washington College of Law, he teaches a course in Appellate Advocacy and a course in Constitutional Torts and Civil Rights (Government Liability).
