ROOM RESERVATIONS
To reserve a room please either stop by the facilities office, room 383, to fill out a form or send an email to facilityreq@wcl.american.edu.
- Contact name, phone number and email
- Event name, date, time (Start and Finish time)
- Number of attendees
- Set-up information, if any
- All room reservations require 48 hours lead time for confirmation.
- No room should be considered reserved until an email confirmation has been sent.
- Rooms are reserved in the order they are received.
- Telephone requests and walk-in requests are not advised.
- Student lounges, dining room and room 603 require specific forms. These forms must be filled out in the facilities office and circulated to various offices for approval.
