Registration

Refunds and Cancellation Policy
- Substitutions are welcome but please forward the names as soon as possible
- Registration cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked by September 15, 2007. Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $25 processing fee
- Cancellations should be mailed to:

Program and Agenda
- The current working agenda is being constantly updated, so please check back regularly for the latest information
Continuing Legal Education
- Accreditation for the program will be applied for with 16 CLE credits available for 60 minute states and 19 for 50-minute states
- Washington College of Law is an accredited provider for Pennsylvania, New York and Virginia and accreditation can be obtained from all other states upon request.
- Please indicate on the registration form which state(s) you would like accreditation for and all appropriate paperwork will be available at the registration desk on site.
Materials
- Please note that materials will be available on the web site after the conference. Attendees will be provided with a table of contents plus the speakers' bios at registration.
Hotel
- For hotel reservations, please go to www.washingtonplazahotel.com and click to make a reservation. Click on group reservation at the bottom of the screen and enter attendee code # 5720. Make your reservation at the special conference rate of $195 (available until September 24). The special hotel rate will be available for 2 days before and 3 days after the conference. Alternatively, you can call 202 842-1300 or 800 424-1140. Please note that if attendees show a federal, state or local ID and use a government credit card, the tax is waived
