Mr. Di Leva isChief Environmental Counsel at the World Bank. His responsibilities include advising bank staff on environmental issues, international environmental treaties, and national environmental legislation. His previous positions include trial attorney with the Department of Justice’s Environmental Enforcement Section and senior programme officer in the United Nations’ Environment Program Environmental Law Unit. |
