
Barlow Burke is a Professor of Law. He received his A.B. from Harvard University in 1963, his LL.B. and M.C.P from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1966 and 1968, and his LL.M. and S.J.D. from Yale Law School in 1970 and 1977 respectively. Professor Burke has is currently teaching Property, Real Estate Financial Transactions, Local Government, Land Use, Natural Resources, and Environmental Law. His is a recognized authority in the area of property, having authored numerous books on the subject. He has served as deputy dean of the law school and acted as a consultant to practicing attorneys, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Agriculture and the Federal Judicial Center.
