The Seventh Annual Meeting of the Dean's Diversity Council
This year's annual meeting of WCL's Dean's Diversity Council will comprise a conference intended to revisit the definition of diversity, to examine the obstacles to access to law school for diverse populations, and to devise concrete steps for advancing the ongoing dialogue toward ensuring continued diversity in law schools. Therefore, we have assembled a group of knowledgeable stakeholders to lead conference participants in interactive discussions of such issues as the anti-affirmative action debate and other political challenges to law school diversity, financial management and rising tuitions, and the composition and needs of our diverse student populations in the new century.
