CURRICULUM INFORMATION

Seminars

Each clinic has a seminar that meets once or twice a week to discuss both the theoretical and practical aspects of advocacy and most use simulated exercises as the main teaching technique. Each student attorney performs regularly in the exercises and receives individual critique, often with the benefit of a videotape of the simulation. Edited video tapes are sometimes used to focus class discussions.
