Is a lawyer permitted to attend a Rule 35 mental and/or physical exam of his/her client? There may be a different answer if it's mental v. physical so important to look at both.The relevant jurisdiction is federal court, DC district.Also -- which law applies to this question? DC law? Federal law? Does it matter? Does it matter if the examinee/plaintiffs are citizens of and reside in Israel. If so, would Israeli law apply to this question instead of DC law?
