Please click the "Read more" button below for the whole message. --- The International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children, through its Koons Family Institute on International Law & Policy, is seeking 1-2 legal interns/volunteers to provide short-term support in the completion of the 7th edition of the Child Pornography: Model Legislation and Global Review. In particular, assistance is needed in researching the existing child pornography laws in a dozen countries, sending verification letters to local Embassies, reviewing and updating footnotes, and drafting and reviewing several new sections of the report on online grooming, data retention laws, and implementation. Ideally a student would work a minimum of 15 hours/week. The research work can be done remotely, but the other components would need to be done onsite. Simply as a point of reference, the report is expected to be fully completed for publication by late February. Interested students can contact WCL Alumnus Sandra Marchenko at firstname.lastname@example.org or 703.837.6340.
