Tenth Annual Seminar on International Commercial Arbitration: How to Handle Oil and Gas Industry Cases

The third issue of the International Commercial Arbitration Brief has been released. The Arbitration Brief is a student publication of the Washington College of Law produced with the assistance of the Center for International Commercial Arbitration.
The Brief has recently evolved from the strong foundation laid by the International Commercial Arbitration Brief to include all avenues of arbitration. With an expanded scope, The Arbitration Brief strives to cover a wide variety of topics, ranging from domestic employment arbitration to international investment disputes.
