Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation received three business days prior to the seminar will be fully refunded. Cancellations after that time will not be refunded, however, seminar materials will be sent and access to webcasts will be provided. Substitutions will be considered.

Limited Number of Scholarships Available to WCL Students!

The International Arbitration Program will award scholarships to 2 WCL students to participate in the seminar. The scholarship consists of the seminar fee which includes materials, breakfasts, lunches, the opening dinner, and closing reception. Upon completion of the seminar a Certificate of Attendance will be presented.

To qualify for the scholarship you must:

1) Be currently enrolled as a WCL student (JD, LLM, or SJD).

2) Have experience or exposure in at least 2 of the following fields: Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property or Telecommunication Law .

3) Demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in arbitration.

Criteria for Selection:

Students will be selected based on applicable interest in commercial arbitration, experience or exposure in the field of arbitration or business law and interest in pursuing a career in arbitration.
