Dean's Message

I am pleased to introduce American University Washington College of Law's (WCL) International Arbitration Program, which is a unique and important Program created in 2004 under the expert guidance of Dr. Horacio A. Grigera Naón, former Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. The Program is designed to identify and address transnational practical and theoretical legal issues that arise within the dynamic field of international commercial arbitration.

WCL is an ideal institution for the International Arbitration Program, which reflects our global vision and commitment to international legal education. In addition, our community - including our outstanding faculty - brings impressive experience, talents and ideas to this Program.
