International Commercial Arbitration Brief
The International Commercial Arbitration Brief is a student publication of the Washington College of Law produced with the assistance of the Center for International Commercial Arbitration. The purpose of the Brief is to provide timely insights into developments in the field and to highlight trends as well as practices occurring around the globe. The Brief welcomes pieces from both practitioners, scholars, and students.
The American University Washington College of Law International Commercial Arbitration Brief is accepting submissions for publication. Pieces should be on a relevant topic to international commercial arbitration, broadly defined to include both business and investment disputes. Papers should be no more than 20 pages single space in length, although longer pieces will be considered on a case by case basis. Adapted works and excerpts of longer works are also welcome. For inclusion in the Spring 2012 issue papers must be received for review by April 4, 2012. Papers will then be considered on a rolling basis for subsequent issues. For more information please contact Alexandre Meyniel and Carolina Rizzo, Co Editors-in-Chief at eic.arb.brief@gmail.com.
