Upon receipt of your registration you will be sent a letter confirming that you have been registered to
attend the event.

Application Requirements

  1. Hold a law degree and have exposure to international business law;
  2. Be fluent in English; and,
  3. Submit a resume or curriculum vitae.

Cancellation Policy


Written cancellation received three business days prior to the seminar will be fully refunded (arbitration@wcl.american.edu). Cancellations after that time will not be refunded, however, seminar materials will be sent and access to webcasts will be provided. Substitutions will be considered.

Special Needs

Any person with disabilities attending the conference who believes he or she might need a reasonable
accommodation to participate should contact us at least two weeks in advance.
