Pilot Training Program on Managing Investment Disputes
From November 3-11, 2005, the International Arbitration Program hosted and co-sponsored a Pilot Training Program on Managing Investment Disputes. The event, co-organized by the Organization of American States, UNCTAD, and American University Washington College of Law, received a group of 20 officials from Latin America dealing with claims introduced by foreign investors.
