KENNETH G. LORE '73

Biography
Kenneth Lore is head of the Real Estate and Structured Finance Group of Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP. He specializes in equity and debt-related finance matters involved corporate, partnership and real estate financing, including housing, asset-backed securities, tax-exempt securities, and other complex structured finance matters.
Mr. Lore represents numerous clients, including banks, mortgage bankers, developers, contractors, state and local housing finance agencies, pension funds, REITS, investment companies, pooled investment funds and other financial orientated institutions. In addition, he represents bond and equity underwriters and mortgage-backed security issuers in connection with the issuance of tax exempt and taxable bonds and mortgage-backed securities.
Mr. Lore is the author of Mortgage-Backed Securities: Developments and Trends in the Secondary Market, published by West Group, in August 1985 and updated thereafter. He has written extensively on aspects of real estate law; his articles have been published in the Record of Congressional hearings. Legal Times, New York Law Journal, The Mortgage Banker, and other publications. Mr. Lore is frequent lecturer on aspects of finance.
Mr. Lore lives in Bethesda, MD with his three children and his wife Patricia.
