Reunion

Interested in planning a reunion for your class? The Washington College of Law Alumni Relations staff would be glad to assist you. Contact us to get started!

Here are the steps involved:

  1. An individual, from the class celebrating reunion, volunteers to serve as the chair. Feel free to pull together a small group of friends to help co-chair. We will give you a class list* so you can recruit a committee. (One reunion per class please.)

  2. Select a date and location. You are welcome to have your event at WCL. Alumni Relations staff can help you develop a budget and decide on a ticket price for the reunion.

  3. Alumni Relations staff will asssit you with the logistical arrangements at your selected location**.

  4. Alumni Relations staff will assist in creating and distributing invitations. You make a calling or email tree to build excitement and encourage classmates to attend. Use your own social networks, plus InCircle, WCL Twitter, and our alumni linkedin pages to spread the word.

  5. The Law School will provide up to $1,000 to offset the cost of food.

  6. The Alumni Relations team will promote your event to the faculty and staff, as well as assist you in promoting it to your classmates. We can also provide a web site and secure pay site for your registrations if you are interested.

  7. Alumni Relations will assist in printing name tags, signs and bring door prizes for your event.

* WCL has a strict privacy policy. The list we provide to you will include names only.

** If alcohol is involved, the school can only support beer/wine/soft drinks.
