Jeffrey L. Willian
Mr. Willian graduated from Washington College of Law in 1983.
He is currently a litigation partner for the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis. His practice focuses on cases involving a broad range of business-oriented substantive law issues, including securities fraud, antitrust, complex partnership disputes, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and contested corporate control. Mr. Willian also focuses on the advising of corporate and securities issues, government regulatory matters and antitrust issues.
