Douglas Panzer

Douglas PanzerMr. Panzer is a 2006 graduate of the Washington College of Law.

He is an associate with the Philadelphia law firm of Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen & Pokotilow, Ltd., where he specializes in intellectual property law transactions and litigation related to computer software, e-commerce and the Internet. In addition to handling all aspects of technology-related litigation, Doug devotes a substantial part of his practice to the areas of computer software licensing; information technology related transactions; data privacy, confidentiality and technology use policies, including website terms of use and corporate network usage policies; and electronic data retention policies with a focus on compliance with electronic discovery rules and best practices. In 2010 and 2011 he was recognized as a Rising Star by Pennsylvania SuperLawyers. Prior to the practice of law Mr. Panzer was a software developer and consultant specializing in e-commerce applications.

Mr. Panzer is the author of the technology, copyright, patent and trademark law blog, Panzer on Point. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the US District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the district of New Jersey.
