Kenneth L. MacRitchie commenced the S.J.D. program in August 2023.  He received his B.A. in Political Science from Susquehanna University, his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law, his M.B.A. in Accounting from New York University, his M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School, and his LL.M. in Law and Government from American University.  He also completed the municipal accounting courses at Rutgers University.  He is admitted to the Bars of New York State and certain Federal courts.  He was previously employed in securities regulation at the New York Stock Exchange, the Reserve Group of mutual funds, the Aquila Group of mutual funds, and the New Jersey Bureau of Securities.  He is presently a residential landlord, and resides in Rockville, MD.  He has served as Chairman of the Union County (NJ) Utilities Authority and Councilman in Westfield, NJ, among other public offices.  He has served on committees of the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar, the North American Securities Administrators Association, and the Investment Company Institute.  He has written several published works in matters of law and accounting.  He is a parishioner of Washington National Cathedral, and has served on three Episcopal trust fund boards.  He has participated in swimming events at the Maryland Senior Olympics.
